Returns & Exchanges Policy

At AACHEYOVA, we take pride in crafting luxury jewelry and cultural lifestyle pieces designed with intention, artistry, and global appeal. If something isn’t perfect, we’re here to help.


⭐ 1. Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality, the following applies:

✔ Eligible for Return or Exchange

• Unused, unworn accessories
• Items returned in original packaging
• Items returned within 7 days of delivery
• Non-jewelry lifestyle products (unused)

❌ Not Eligible for Return

Earrings (for hygiene)
Necklaces, bracelets, and wearable jewelry (due to handcrafted, small-batch nature)
Custom designs or special orders
Digital products (instant access)
Workshops & virtual presentations (services cannot be “returned”)
• Items marked final sale

⭐ 2. Exchanges (When Applicable)

We understand that sometimes a piece may not match your vision.

You may request:

✔ Exchange for a different item of equal value
✔ Exchange for a store credit
✔ Exchange only if the item is unworn and in original condition

Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.


⭐ 3. Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully inspect every item before shipping, but in rare cases:

If you receive a damaged or defective product:
→ Email aacheyova@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
→ Include your order number + photo/video of the issue

We will:

✔ Replace the item
or
✔ Issue store credit

Note: Normal variations in handmade beads or brass are not considered defects.


⭐ 4. Digital Products & Downloads

All digital files (Adinkra designs, printable products, etc.) are non-refundable because access is granted instantly.

However — if you experience a file issue, please contact us and we will resolve it.


⭐ 5. Workshops & Virtual Presentations

Because workshops involve scheduling, preparation, and digital delivery:

• All workshop purchases are final sale
• No refunds for missed or canceled attendee participation
• If Aacheyova must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer:
✔ A full refund or
✔ Complimentary transfer to another session


⭐ 6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service; AACHEYOVA is not responsible for lost return packages.
